PSMPL has two Biomedical Solidwaste Management Facilities; one in Puducherry (since 2011) and another one in Cuddalore, Tamilnadu (since 2021).

Both the facilities are Governmental recognized and under operation with necessary Consent for Operation under Water and Air Acts by Puducherry Pollution Control Committee and Tamilnadu Pollution Control Board, respectively.

The Puducherry facility serves all health care establishments in Puducherry and Karikal and own the merit of One of the Best facilities at the National level, honored for its services rendered during the COVID time.

The Cuddalore facility is the lone facility in the Tamilnadu among the rest of 10 such facilities in Tamilnadu with Rotary Kiln Technology based Incineration that comply with all Emission Norms in the stack including Dioxin and Furans.

PSMPL is currently into evaluating feasible technologies for reusing the disinfected glass as raw material source of silica in the group owned, refractory industry.

VRW is unique as one of the few manufacturers for High Alumina-Refractory & Industrial Ceramics products in Tamilnadu, with state-of-the art Tunnel Kiln for a production capacity of 1000Tonne/month. The facility is in the process of adding its production capacity of Castable with new machinery towards 500 Tonnes/month; Special Grade Mortars towards 200 Tonnes/ month. 

VRW is having an In-House analytical laboratory with desired instruments for analyzing all primary parameters of refractory and ceramics. VRW is equipped with application- specific tools- manufacturing Work shop with skilled workforce.

VRW intends to enhance its capability in manufacturing higher end industrial ceramics for special applications like Aerospace industries.

VRW is surging ahead in the saga of achieving the brand value for VRW and making it as a technical Corporate in the refractory sector of Tamilnadu. VRW is exploring the avenues for exporting its products to GCC countries in the next few years.

With the Small-Scale experiments performed for results, eGreen Innovates is in the process of establishing an Electrochemical process-based, Technology Demonstration Model for Direct Air Capture (DAC) for capturing Carbon.

With the group owned Environmental laboratory available, eGreen Innovates is also establishing a research facility for the analysis of Plant-Specific Parameters.

The demonstration Model will have green-energy facility to energize the scalable model, based on the state-of-the art process with OER/ORR technology. The Demonstration Model is envisaged to capture 10T Carbon-dioxide per day.

Parallel to the establishment of technology demonstration model, experiments are being run to convert the captured CO₂ in to valuable products; as one of the prime objectives is to make CCUS as financially feasible pathway for Decarbonization ,even for MSMEs, in the near future.

Located in Chennai, Tamilnadu, India, the laboratory is a NABL accredited Environmental laboratory for more than 3000 parameters of analysis in the domains of Water, Air, Soil and Microbiology

The laboratory is a recognized Environmental Laboratory by Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change, Government of India.

Lotus has more than 25 Corporates in its Clientele and more than 50 MSMEs under its service landscape.

With the experienced team of Experts in the management, Lotus is in the process of getting recognition as a Research Laboratory by DSTE, Government of India.
